DIY SPATIAL APPLICATION CREATION WITH GEOMAJAS

Abstract

The European ITEA project DIYSE (Do It Yourself Smart Experiences) aims at enabling ordinary people to easily create, setup and control applications in their smart living environments as well as in the public Internet-of-Things space. As an industry partner, Geosparc is leveraging this project to create an application generator and low level application creation environment for the Geomajas spatial web application framework. In our presentation we will focus on what has been accomplished so far in lowering the barrier of the Geomajas software for non-experienced end users and how this will allow us to realize the project’s goals.
